Shipping Your Holiday Cheer

We work quickly to get your holiday fabrics and notions on their way to your workshop! Here’s what you can expect:

  • Order Processing: Our elves need 1-2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:
    • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your package will arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our workshop.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50! Shipped via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after shipment.

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons. We ship globally, but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions.

Our Merry Return & Exchange Promise

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Important Final Sale Items:

Due to the seasonal and personal nature of some products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or Sale Items (as noted on the product page)
  • Cut Fabric (sold by the yard or in precuts, as it is custom-cut for your order)
  • Digital Products (e.g., downloadable patterns, templates)

The Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Elves: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected]. Use the template below to give us all your order details.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and our shipping address. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship It Back: Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Order Number and RAN. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
  4. We Process Your Request: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days and notify you via email.

Refunds: Timelines & Methods

We know you’re eager to get back to crafting! Here’s what to expect when you receive a refund:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timing: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and appear on your account statement. The final timing depends on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
  • Original Shipping Costs: The initial cost of shipping is non-refundable. For free shipping orders that are returned, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Oh dear! If your festive fabric arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, and provide a prepaid return label if needed. We want to fix our mistakes!
