By accessing our site and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

At Christmas Fabric Sales, we’re dedicated to making your holiday crafting experience as joyful and seamless as possible. These Terms are designed to be transparent, fair, and to ensure we’re both on the same page about our relationship.

While you can browse our site without an account, you’ll need to create one to make purchases. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

We strive to display our holiday fabrics, notions, and crafting supplies as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors and textures you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual products due to monitor settings.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll notify you and refund any payments for that item.

2.3 Custom-cut Fabric

Please note that fabric sold by the yard or in precuts is custom-cut specifically for your order. For this reason, all cut fabric sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2.4 Digital Products

Digital products (downloadable patterns, templates, etc.) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Christmas Fabric Sales.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• JCB
• PayPal

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

3.4 Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address and current tax regulations.

4.1 Processing Time

Our crafting elves need 1-2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. Processing may take slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your package will arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our workshop.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50! Shipped via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after shipment.

4.3 Shipping Destinations

We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and other remote regions. If you’re located in an area we cannot ship to, we’ll notify you and cancel your order.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

5.2 Final Sale Items

Due to the seasonal and personal nature of some products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance or Sale Items (as noted on the product page)
• Cut Fabric (sold by the yard or in precuts, as it is custom-cut for your order)
• Digital Products (e.g., downloadable patterns, templates)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our elves within 15 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order details.
2. Wait for instructions – we’ll reply within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and our shipping address.
3. Carefully package the unused item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship it to the address we provide using a trackable service.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5.5 Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

5.6 Shipping Cost Refunds

The initial cost of shipping is non-refundable. For free shipping orders that are returned, the value of the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

5.7 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your festive fabric arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Christmas Fabric Sales or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our site without our express written permission. This includes sharing digital patterns or templates with others—each purchase is for individual use only.

The Christmas Fabric Sales name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Christmas Fabric Sales will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the website or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the products.
